Senior Recruiter bilingual (eng & spa)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to work remote for a US company. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for connecting with people.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

- Source potential candidates through various channels, including head hunting, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

- Facilitate the interview process, including preparing interview questions and providing feedback to candidates.

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and maintaining communication.

- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- English advance speaking and writing skills
