An important american company is looking for a Recruiter/HR
- Identifies staffing needs
- Writes job descriptions for needed positions
- Constructs and develops a recruitment system for the company
- Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums
- Screens and interviews candidates
- Presents a shortlist of candidates to management
- Extends offer letters
- Onboards new hires
- Develops training materials
- Conducts trainings
- Works effectively with peers in other areas of the organization such as Customer Service/Scheduling and Sales to identify needs and address contractor quality or performance concerns
- Works with employees and contractors to address performance improvement plans
- Works to institutionalize company polices and procedures in the spirit of continuous improvement
- Plans and leads company-events such as outings, monthly staff meetings, annual events, training events.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in human resources
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented interviewer
- Great decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Bilingual Spanish/English
