Do you have experience in recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity? We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Bilingual Recruiter to join our client team!
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs
- Review resumes and manage the candidate pipeline throughout the selection process
- Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates
- Coordinate directly with hiring managers and the Human Resources department
- Support fast-paced decision-making to meet immediate hiring demands
- Actively participate in a fast-moving hiring process, where 60 to 70 candidates typically arrive each morning and may be hired to start the same day
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required
- Availability to work onsite

Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, reduced hours on Fridays
