Lead Web Developer - Senior (Remote LATAM)

Requirements:

• Develop and implement cutting-edge web solutions by collaborating closely with the design team, iterating on projects to exceed client expectations and push boundaries.
• Utilize a comprehensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS to create efficient, performance-oriented code, with an eye for design that ensures engaging user experiences.
• Apply expertise in various CMS and modern web development frameworks, including WordPress and headless CMS technologies such as Gatsby, Next.js, and others, reflecting a broad understanding of web development ecosystems.
• Ability to guide, mentor and support other web developer contractors, agencies and specialists.
• Inform technical architecture, tech-stack selection and development process while balancing client expectations and business objectives.
• Innovate with animation and 3D libraries (e.g., WebGL, GSAP, Three.js), bringing dynamic and interactive elements to web projects.
• Work seamlessly with design tools like Figma to extract assets and specifications, demonstrating an ability to bridge design and development.
• Lead complex digital projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and successful delivery, leveraging strong project management skills.
• Demonstrate a history of shipping large-scale websites, applying best practices in SEO and accessibility to enhance user engagement and website performance.
• Show an eagerness to keep up with modern web development practices, emerging technologies, and trends, constantly seeking to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in web development, with a portfolio that showcases expertise in creating engaging and performant web experiences.
• Proficiency in a wide range of technologies, including but not limited to HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP, as well as experience with WordPress, Next.js, and Webflow.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to analyze and enhance web performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across various teams to implement marketing strategies, advertising plans, and digital deliverables.
• A passion for exploring emerging technologies and a commitment to ongoing learning and development within web development and digital marketing.
