IT Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter based in Mexico to join our growing team and help scale our technology hiring across various domains. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for highly technical and agile roles across Mexico, supporting business units in digital transformation, AI, eCommerce, and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the 360° recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Proactively source and attract top IT talent beyond LinkedIn using diverse sourcing channels and CRM tools
• Recruit for key agile scrum team roles including Software Engineers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
• Support hiring for technical teams within:
• LDA Digital Sector (Developer Experience, Digital Foundation Platform, internal software dev teams)
• eCommerce
• AAD (AI, Automation, and Data)
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and act as a trusted advisor by providing insights, best practices, and market trends
• Engage and sell the opportunity of working in a purpose-driven company to candidates who may come from traditional tech players
• Partner with the business to ensure alignment on requirements and ensure high-quality candidate experience
• Coordinate interviews and assessments
• Help define and improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and time-to-hire

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a deep understanding of tech roles and stacks (front-end/back-end programming languages, software architecture, etc.)
• Experience recruiting for agile team roles (software developers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners)
• Ability to engage passive candidates, build pipelines, and adapt to high-volume recruiting needs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively advise and influence hiring managers
• Experience working with CRMs and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Comfortable working remotely and autonomously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting across multiple cities in Mexico: Guadalajara, Mexico City, Monterrey, Tijuana/Baja California
• Experience recruiting for international companies or working with cross-border teams (e.g., U.S. clients)
• Familiarity with tech assessments
