Human Resources Jr Analyst
Ensure the best quality service to our clients based on current policies and procedures in place. Support the work plan of the Services Leader and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to administer.
Responsabilities
➢ Execute with excellence day-to-day activities and procedures related to Complementary Workforce Operations:
o End-to-end ownership of the competitive and non-competitive Hiring Process,
o Job publishing and pre-screening,
o Analysis of eligibility and policies applicability,
o Analysis of documentation provided,
o Contract Amendments,
o Register actions in SAP,
o Support and follow-up with Hiring Departments,
o Support and follow-up with Candidates.
➢ Have a clear understanding of all the policies and procedures under administration.
➢ Timely communicate any issues and understand when and how escalation procedures start.
➢ Anticipate opportunities for improvements in processes to comply with established policies.
➢ Immediately adopt and implement programs that enhance our client experience.
➢ Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with peers, leadership, and other departments.
➢ Actively contribute to maintaining a team culture that promotes a growth mindset.
➢ Ensure all key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
Hard skills
Experience: 1-year minimum experience in shared services, process control, HR operations, or data management Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
