
Talent Acquisition Specialist (RPO)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and work as an on-site Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner supporting a leading multinational company in the entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and define recruitment strategies.
Lead searches for analyst, specialist, supervisory, management, and leadership-level positions across multiple business functions.
Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates against technical and cultural requirements.
Coordinate interview processes and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure accurate reporting and tracking of recruitment activity through ATS and internal systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related fields.
Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Consulting, RPO, or in-house recruitment environments.
Experience recruiting professional and middle-management profiles, including analysts, supervisors, managers, and department heads.
Strong direct search (headhunting) and candidate assessment capabilities.
Advanced English proficiency.
Hybrid work model based in Buenos Aires (CABA), Monday to Friday schedule.
