Service Process Engineer

We are looking for a Service Process Engineer to join a global industrial organization. This role is responsible for providing technical expertise in process engineering and supporting field service activities across a wide range of industrial systems and equipment.

This is a highly cross-functional position, working closely with engineering, project management, sales, and field service teams to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and project execution phases
• Act as the main point of contact for resolving complex process-related technical issues
• Support field service teams and customers with troubleshooting and optimization
• Participate in design reviews, FAT and SAT activities
• Deliver technical training to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve system and plant performance
• Support proposal and sales teams with process expertise during bid phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, automation, quality, etc.)
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Travel up to 60–65% to customer sites

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in process engineering, field service, or similar environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with industrial process systems and automation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
