Sales Adviser - Luxury Yachting & Marine Division

Availability: International travel to the USA and Europe required 


Position Overview

Develop and manage vessel sales through prospecting and client management, executing the complete sales cycle: lead generation, presentation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales service. This role also includes supervising product delivery logistics. The primary objective is to build long-term commercial relationships and contribute to the company's growth and positioning within the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Net-Worth Prospecting: Identify and engage Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) to present the product portfolio.
  • Full Sales Cycle Leadership: Manage the entire process including quoting, formal offers, negotiation, and closing.
  • International Representation: Invite and accompany clients to major Boat Shows in the USA and Europe.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain an active network of contacts within the High-End environment to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Technical & Aesthetic Advisory: Quote and offer vessels tailored to the specific functional and stylistic needs of each client.
  • Logistics Support: Oversee the entry and delivery process for all vessels.
  • Market Analysis: Evaluate strategic opportunities for international invitations to drive and finalize sales.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed established commercial objectives and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Education: University degree.
  • Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory).
  • Documentation: Valid U.S. Visa.
  • Experience: 3+ years in consultative sales, negotiation, and management of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
  • Sector Expertise: Proven experience in High-End and High-Ticket sales.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the luxury market, including yachts, high-end automobiles, and premium real estate.
  • Business Development: Skilled in lead generation, developing long-term commercial relationships, and providing personalized customer service.
  • Network: Possess an active network of contacts within the target luxury segment.
  • Events: Experience participating in trade shows, international fairs, or boat shows.
  • Logistics: Basic knowledge of import logistics and product delivery (desirable).
  • Etiquette: Mastery of social and business etiquette protocols for interacting with high-level clientele.
Technical & Soft Skills
  • Technical: Proficiency in CRM management, sales KPIs, and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Strategic: Experience in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Technical understanding of the nautical environment (desirable).
  • Core Competencies: Persuasion, negotiation, interpersonal relations, teamwork, networking, communication, proactivity, and adaptability.

Additional Information

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
  • Travel: Flexibility for international events and business trips is required.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission structure aligned with the luxury industry.
