Regional Financial Manager

Our client is seeking a Regional Financial Manager to lead finance, accounting, and administration across multiple high-growth businesses. This is a pivotal role for a strategic, hands-on leader ready to elevate financial performance in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.

Role purpose: To lead finance, accounting, and administration across multiple high-growth businesses.

Qualified candidates: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Required)
• 5+ years leading finance/accounting teams at Manager level or above (Required)
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) (Required)
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills under high-pressure conditions
• Preferred but not required: MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification
• Experience working in click up, notion, very tech, likes technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance, accounting, and administrative functions across the group.
• Design and execute financial strategies to drive growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Strengthen financial controls, compliance frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Advise and partner with executive leadership to guide investments and strategic decisions.
• Inspire, develop, and manage a high-performing team of 8 finance and administrative professionals.
