Recruitment Manager (Remote)

Our client is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Recruitment Manager.

Who are we looking for?

• Undergraduate degree from a university
• 3-5 years of progressive work experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager or Sr. Recruiting Coordinator
• Recruiting experience in Latin America (desirable)
• Experience working in a startup (Desirable)
• Excellent English (C2 proficiency) and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience working with North American professionals is a plus

Must-have’s:

• Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing for mass recruitment and specialist positions.

What will you do?

• Carry out massive and specialized recruitment
• Strategies for virtual assistants in Latin America.
• Lead the recruitment team.
• Perform mass and specialized recruitment as needed in the complete cycle. 
• Propose improvements in the selection processes.
• Implement OKRs in the recruitment and selection processes.
• Report directly to the Co-CEO and work closely with the Talent team to grow our team from 100 to 1,000 staff over the next 3 years. You will have constant opportunities to lead and learn within your core responsibilities, but also cross-functional responsibilities.
