
Marketing Director

We are looking for a Marketing Director for a growing company, dedicated to the consultancy in gestational carriers, surrogacy and egg donations.
The marketing director develops the company’s overall marketing strategy, and oversees the planning and execution of marketing, communications, and events for the organization.
Responsible for brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign development, the marketing director must be a self-starter, with a successful track record of driving measurable results in other roles within the third-party reproduction or healthcare fields.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth, working cross-functionally with staff as well as vendors, contractors, agencies, media, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of an organization brand strategy across various channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans inclusive of sales targets, key accounts, and key growth markets.
- Perform routine competitive analyses, monitor industry trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Manage and optimize SEM and SEO strategies and tactics.
- Research and advise on a trade-show, event, and sponsorship strategy with principals.
- Work with sales representatives to develop compelling sales presentations and tools that communicate value proposition.
- Oversee the development of all marketing and advertising collateral, including messaging, layout, and visual design.
- Develop and execute PR campaigns to increase visibility and position.
- Manage preparation of media materials, media kits and speeches for public speaking engagements.
- Manage tracking analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of communication activities and media relations results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, business, journalism or another related field required
- Proven track record of at least 10 years of marketing experience
- Proven experience in third-party reproduction or healthcare related marketing (non-mandatory)
- Demonstrated success in developing, launching, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and 365 products
- High proficiency with a CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics
