Manufacturing Plant: Process Improvement Lead/ Coordinator

We are looking for a person with experience in the area of continuous improvement of production processes in companies in beverage production plants, manufacturing, textile or others. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, directing and supervising the generation and analysis of company operational information to facilitate strategic decision making. Savings projects through operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Graduate or University Graduate in Engineering  or related fields.
• Certifications in continuous improvement tools
• Project Management
• Methodology facilitator
• Data management (dashboard, reports and indicators).
• Microsoft Visio-Project Manager
• Advanced English (75%) it is a must
• Soft skills: Change management, teamwork, negotiation, planning, responsible, diligent, proactive, goal-oriented, effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Leading Improvement from Data
• Results management and reporting
• Execute activities for the development, implementation and follow-up of the Continuous Improvement System, including: 5's, Waste elimination, TPM, Times and movements, Process mapping, Creation and development of improvement work teams, Layout optimization.
• Ensuring the implemented continuous improvement programs leading workshops.
• Design and execution of Continuous Improvement training.
• Management system.
• Build a continuous improvement work culture in your team.
• Manage reports and indicator tracking reports that support Senior Management decision making.
• Redesign and optimization of processes
