About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Supervisor who can manage our Customer Success Team in charge of servicing Owners Call Center Channels for both, business owners as well as property owners.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage onboarding, day-to-day and offboarding of team members.
● Manage Owners Call Center channels (Whatsapp+Phone & Inbound/Outbound) for business & property owners.
● Keep track of metrics and report to upper management.
● Propose and conduct proactive and corrective measures.
● Mentor team members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of exp. managing customer service teams.
- Experience in call center metrics management required
- English B2 -
