Customer Service & Marketing - Textile Company

Position Mission

To drive growth in retail and export markets by coordinating commercial management, operational follow-up with clients, and data analysis, ensuring the efficiency of internal processes and the timely delivery of results.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities) 

• Provide continuous follow-up on client requirements (retail and international brands).
• Coordinate the development of samples and commercial materials, and support showroom administration.
• Support order management and direct communication with export clients.
• Internally coordinate with production, development, and sales teams to ensure operational fluidity.
• Analyze and update commercial and operational information, sending reports to clients.
• Coordinate and prepare the environment for client visits.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements and Skills)

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in similar positions, with customer service experience being essential.
• Education: Graduate or final-year student of university studies in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related fields.
• Preferred Environment: Experience in textile companies or customer service experience based on merchandising.
• Advanced English: Advanced level of proficiency in the English language (essential).
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.
