COMEX & Logistics Supervisor

We are looking for a COMEX & Logistics Supervisor to lead the team responsible for the end-to-end management of imports, procurement, and product distribution across all business units of the company, a key importer and supplier for the chemical industry.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor import processes, ensuring proper follow-up of orders and purchase orders.
• Act as the main contact with international suppliers.
• Work with the Commercial Management team to prepare the import forecast and strategy.
• Prepare daily cost reports and ensure accurate cost closing in the ERP system.
• Control and optimize stock levels in warehouses.
• Manage indirect purchases.
• Supervise and support the COMEX & Logistics team.
• Contribute to the development of the QMS and participate in audits.
• Manage the performance dashboard for the area.

Requirements

• Degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Proven experience supervising teams in similar roles.
• Intermediate English (mandatory).
• ERP knowledge (Tango preferred).
