CARGO WISE IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

Important logistics company is looking for a SME for one of their main softwares. This person will work for their Center of Excellence in Costa Rica and will lead the whole software implementation process and manage the end to end sotware operations on a daily basis.
Main requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Management Information System or equivalent .
-Significant experience (5+ years) in leading enterprise software implementations, preferably in a logistics or freight forwarding environment.
-CargoWise Professional Certified.
-Extensive knowledge of CargoWise and its capabilities, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute detailed implementation plans.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
-Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for identifying and resolving issues.
-A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
-Passport, american Visa and availability to travel
-Advanced English in all areas is a must
