→ Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Full-time).
→ Modality: On-site.
→ Location: CABA, Buenos Aires.
Ⓘ REQUIREMENTS:
→ Education: High school diploma required.
→ Experience: Previous experience in management roles, ideally within the luxury retail sector.
→ IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
→ Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory).
Ⓘ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
→ End-to-End Management: Oversee the comprehensive operations of the company’s flagship locations.
→ Leadership: Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to reach KPIs.
→ Sales Support: Actively participate in closing sales and ensuring premium customer service.
→ Strategic Planning: Design and execute commercial strategies for each store.
→ Reporting: Supervise daily cash desk operations and generate performance reports.
→ Logistics: Coordinate and follow up on international e-commerce shipments.
