Benefits & Relocation Service Lead
Ensure the best quality service to our clients based on current policies and procedures in place. Be the liaison between the Subject Matter Expert in HQS and the team in the Service Center in Costa Rica. Be an expert in policies and procedures to administer.
Responsabilities
Client management and business day-to-day support for Employee Services.
Be an expert on all policies and procedures under administration related to relocation of employees.
Ensure all key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
Timely communicate and recommend solutions to any issues arising from dealing with our clients.
Ensure high quality in all oral and written communications to our clients.
Anticipate opportunities for improvements in applicable processes to comply with established policies.
Maintain a complete and thorough understanding of technical systems in a complex virtual environment.
Understand, and correctly utilize, resources provided by internal systems, policies, and procedures.
Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with direct reports, peers, leadership, and other departments.
Create a team culture that promotes a growth mindset.
Execute better every day through powering our resources.
Immediately adopt and implement programs that enhance our client experience.
Hard skills
Experience: 5 years of experience working in a HR service center environment including experience in relocation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Technical/Operating: 3-5 years working with SAP-HR and a Case Management Systems. (Service Now, Workday, etc.). Experience in data analytics.
Language: Fluent in English. Strong writing skills in English and Spanish. Basic level of Portuguese will be a plus.
