Role Overview

As a Junior Account Manager at BVS One, you will support the sales team in driving new business opportunities and developing client relationships. This role is ideal for an ambitious and motivated individual looking to build a career in technology sales within the data center and cybersecurity space. You will work closely with senior account managers and technical teams to understand client needs, participate in sales activities, and contribute to the development of tailored solutions.

This position is based in Houston, Texas, and offers a hybrid work environment with no regular office attendance required, though you must be available to meet clients in person as needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Assist in managing relationships with clients and responding to inquiries regarding BVS One’s solutions and services.
  • Participate in the development of account plans and sales proposals.
  • Collaborate with technical architects and engineers to understand and communicate data center and security solutions.
  • Assist in various stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, and follow-up activities.
  • Attend client meetings in the Houston area alongside senior team members when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.


Qualifications and Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (experience in technology or IT solutions is a plus).
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in data center infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated to learn and develop within a technical sales environment.
  • Located in the Houston, Texas area, with the ability to travel locally for client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or near completion).
