Job Description
Important company based in the USA is looking for Costa Rican talent to work as part of their CAD designers team in their production plant in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Main Functions
- Train new hires on 3D dental design software and procedures
- Design training materials for new hires
- Carry on training and evaluation processes for new hires and current employees
- Provide support to dental designers when needed
Requirements
- Fluent English (high intermediate or advanced level)
- University degree in Dentistry, Education or other relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in training positions
- Customer Service Mindset (proactive, teamwork, quick decision making, working under pressure
- Availability to rellocate to Guayaquil, Ecuador
