Job profile 

 

  1. Leverage digital tools (SAP, Rapid Response, Power BI) to enhance supply visibility to the markets.  
  2. Coordinate and ensure the execution of activities required in-market to guarantee the proper availability of product, supply risk and business requirements in alignment with commercial, planning, logistics and quality local teams.  
  3. Support cross-functional collaboration and apply proactive problem identification and resolution.  
  4. Apply issue escalation and effective communication skills to solve business issues inside business.  
  5. Execute repackaging plan for assigned portfolio to ensure product supply in compliance with customer service levels and inventory management targets.  
  6. Maintain bill of materials (BOM) and execute monthly audits via SAP engineering change numbers (ECNs). 
  7. Create proper documentation (repackaging instructions) and subcontracting purchase orders to ensure execution of repackaging plan.  
  8. Review packaging materials requirements planning (MRP) to ensure the inventory to attend the repackaging requirements. 
  9. Monitor repackaging capacity and proactively identify potential impacts to the supply due to constraints to achieve a timely escalation and management of the issues.  
  10. Manage repackaging orders exceptions notified by the LSP / Logistics team. 
  11. Track process performance vs metrics, analyze demand supply changes, perform scenario analysis, and provide optimal solutions to mitigate supply risks.  
  12. Control available digital tools to effectively summarize process performance and look for optimal supply solutions. Ensure alignment of data across systems and remediate errors where applicable.  

 

Basic Requirements 

 

  1. Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Business Administration or related career. 
  2. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply/production planning. 
  3. Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications with advanced strengths in Excel and PowerPoint. 
  4. Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain concepts and applications.  
  5. Good communication skills  
  6. Capacity to interpret and analyze data.  
  7. Ability to build and keep successful relationships with others. 
  8. Capability to work with cross functional teams. 
  9. Advaned English level.
