Senior financial analyst

Location: Guatemala, El Salvador

Reports to: CFO

OBJECTIVES

Provide relevant and timely reports analyzing current business performance and forecasts for a leading Real Estate corporation operating in eight jurisdictions.

PRIMARY DUTIES

1. Develop and maintain the company´s financial data models
2. Support the company´s financial planning, treasury and budget management functions.
3. Track and propose KPIs and understand key business drivers
4. Prepare financial reporting for the executive team, board committees and board of directors.
5. Review new business models and provide information for lending institutions, appraisers and risk qualifying entities.
6. Travel as required
7. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and forecasting
2. Expert level knowledge of Excel and data analytics tools
3. Capacity to propose solutions to support the business in its aggressive growth
4. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
