Intership Finance Procurement Controlling

Description:

Supporting the direct procurement controlling team preparing the information and analysis for dynamic forecast and P&L results on a monthly basis.

Working Capital - Accounts Payable analysis for explanation in changes vs Last Year and Quarter on a monthly basis.

Redefining and improving standard processes.

Support in all reports/dashboards we currently have and update on a monthly basis.

Role Objectives:

- Deliver a standard dashboard/analysis that anticipates rather than communicates.

- Automate and minimize "manual" inputs in the current dashboards we have to ensure first time quality.

- Identify and integrate homogeneus derivables among categories and reduce invested rime in repetitive/standardize activities.

- Update and present with the copilot the improvements of the category and updates in the specific finance KPI's.

Main responsibilities:

Work aside the controller P&L responsible to prepare value added reports, analysis, comments and fluxes that helps to minimize errors and time invested.

Prepare and update monthly reports and dashboards to share KPI advances to redirect efforts.

Deliverables, indicators and/or expected results:

- Prepare in a monthly basis an anticipated P&L to identify proactively possible deviations.

- Prepare in a monthly basis the P&L results with comments/analysis across all categories.

- Prepare in a monthly basis working capital analysis and cashflow variances

- Update bi-weekly and monthly the main KPI´s to share among the category.

Data bases and power bi knowledge is a must in the requirement, as 80% of the intern activites will rely on

performing updates and improvements to the current reports we have.

Intership Finance Procurement Controlling

Duration: 6 months

Third year university student in the majors of Finance or similar.

- Handling of Excel (advanced level) and Power Bi

- Skills and competencies:

-Effective written and verbal communication;

-Reporting & Data Analysis, Initiative, Service Orientation & Project Management

- Being highly structured and well organized

- Fluent in English and Spanish
