Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team of our client, a leading company in engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects end-to-end: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control, and Closure, following internal processes (such as IDEFs).
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from order placement to final delivery.
• Define the project philosophy, establish key milestones, and estimate resources based on client requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of technical documentation and drawing packages.
• Review proposals and agreements with suppliers in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
• Develop budgets, control costs, and negotiate scope changes with clients.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and cost targets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Lead technical reviews, testing, design changes, and drawing releases.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with on-site EHS standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer focus and results orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (Spanish and English).
• Proficiency in project management tools and technical software.
• Ability to lead in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Solid knowledge of engineering processes, commercial contract terms, and financial control.

Education & Experience:

• University degree in Engineering, Operations, Food Technology, or related fields.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Proven experience managing large-scale (multi-million dollar) projects.
