Marketing Manager

Our medical industry client is looking for its Costa Rican operation, a Marketing Manager 

Objective:

Will be responsible for executing on a global market strategy plan for the Aesthetic Breast Reconstruction both for B2B and DTC channels. The role will work closely with regional commercial teams to ensure that the global strategy is executed effectively in each region and messaging is tailored to local market conditions. The Marketing Manager will lead market research efforts to gather data on customer and consumer preferences and behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. They will collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute the Go-To-Market, and post launch activities including downstream marketing initiatives based on the global strategy.

Responsibilities include the following: 

• Develop and manage Go-To-Market, and post market strategies to ensure successful development, launch, and post launch of products. 

• Design and execute a global market strategy plan for ABR (Aesthetic Breast Reconstruction), both for B2B and DTC (direct-to-consumer) channels. This includes identifying target audiences, developing messaging and positioning, creating marketing materials, and selecting appropriate channels for distribution.

Job Specifications: 

• University Degree in Marketing or related field 

• Passionate and innovative Marketing leader with solid experience in strategic planning & execution of upstream/strategic marketing. 

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a strategic/upstream marketing role in pharmaceutical or medical industry.

• Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills in English. 

• Must be willing to travel up to 60% of the time with international locations included
