We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is not a traditional marketeer, but a brand builder: someone who thrives on disruption, has a genuine love for local brands with global ambition, and understands how today’s digital-first, borderless world shapes culture.

As Marketing Manager, you will:

• Lead the next chapter of Ron Cihuatán, Alma de Cuarzo, and new projects with global potential.

• Design campaigns that merge storytelling, digital culture, and market impact.

• Build love for our brands across Europe, USA, LATAM, and Travel Retail.

• Work with creatives, distributors, and partners who share our vision.

• Push boundaries, innovate, and shape brands that inspire pride in El Salvador and admiration worldwide.
