👤 Who We’re Looking For
A strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to champion both brands. Someone who thrives in creative environments, can lead with vision and precision, and owns the brand as if it were theirs.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full brand strategy and annual planning for both brands.
- Drive brand activations, campaigns, and digital presence.
- Coordinate creative, PR, trade marketing, and events — locally and internationally.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage external agencies, designers, creators, and vendors.
- Lead innovation projects in product, communication, and brand experience.
- Build brand performance reports and manage budget and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, commercial team, and production.
✅ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in premium brand management or marketing.
- Proven ability to own and execute brand strategies end-to-end.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); Spanish required. A third language is a plus.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Creative sensitivity and aesthetic judgment.
- Availability to travel (mainly USA and Europe).

- Experience in premium spirits, fashion, gastronomy, or lifestyle brands.
- Background in emerging or purpose-driven brands.
- International work/study experience.
- Passion for culture, storytelling, and building global brands.
