Managing Director

About the Role

Are you a proven executive ready to lead a significant turnaround and drive growth for a global leader in the textile and apparel manufacturing sector? We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Managing Director to take full P&L and operational accountability for our business in Argentina. 

Reporting directly to the General Manager, One America , you will be the primary point of accountability for local performance and strategic execution. 

What You Will Do

This is a high-impact, transformational leadership role with a clear mandate to drive change and profitability. Key responsibilities include:

• P&L Ownership: Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management. 
• Strategic Turnaround: Lead a transformational mandate to restructure teams and processes for increased effectiveness and improved overall profitability. 
• Commercial Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy focused on sustainable revenue growth in domestic and international markets. 
• Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and full compliance with global corporate policies and governance standards. 
• Confidential Initiatives: Guide strategic evaluations of the local production facility, including potential rightsizing, closure, or reconfiguration. 

What You Will Bring

• Executive Experience: 10+ years of executive-level leadership with full commercial and operational accountability. 
• Financial & Change Expertise: Proven P&L management, financial savvy, and a successful track record of leading organizational restructuring and improving business performance. 
• Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of textiles, garment manufacturing, and global supply chains. 
• Global Mindset: Experience working within multinational corporate environments and group governance structures. 
• Language: Fluency in English is required.
