Job Description 🚀

Requirements:

• Completed studies/training in computer science/economics or equivalent qualification 🎓
• Strong technical acumen in IT (proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows) 💻
• Basic knowledge of databases, especially Microsoft SQL Server (advantageous but not mandatory) 📊
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus (not mandatory) 🛠️
• Minimum 1 year of experience in initial IT projects 📅
• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) 🇩🇪
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 🗣️
• Experience in Scrum or agile software development methodologies 🔄

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between developers and customers, ensuring smooth communication and understanding 🤝
• Conduct digital or on-site training sessions, empowering users with necessary skills 📚
• Develop user stories, backlogs, and prioritize requirements, driving project success 📝
• Clarify technical details with stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency 🤔
• Provide consulting, conceptualization, and implementation of software solutions, delivering tangible results 💼
