Fullstack Developer Leader

Company dedicated to integrating telemetry technology to create safer and more efficient work environments. It is looking for a FullStack Developer Leader.

Job objective: Lead a development team and work consistently with the global team, connecting with the orn sganization's values and making them your own. Always staying connected to values such as transparency, raising awareness, offering awareness, and equanimity.

Requirements:

• Years of experience in the position: 3 to 5 years.
• Required education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar.
• Languages: Advanced intermediate English.
• Technical Skills
• Backend Languages: Proficient in at least one backend language, preferably .NET/C# (also PHP/Laravel, Python, Node.js, or similar).
• Frontend Frameworks: Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React, Angular, or similar).
• Additional Knowledge:
• English B2+
• Solid understanding of databases and APIs.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps (Docker, CI/CD concepts).
• High level of Excel (essential).
• Must be willing to learn the technology from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & Mentor a team of junior developers across multiple projects
• Learn & Build – Rapidly master new technology stacks as you shift between projects
• Design Solutions for diverse problems: fleet management, mapping systems, AI vision, community platforms
• Deliver Full-Stack features across mobile, web, and backend
• Own Technical Decisions for your projects while collaborating with senior technical leadership
• Bridge Projects – Apply learnings from one project to accelerate others

More information:

Location: San Salvador , Hibrid

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexible hours as long as results are shown.

Salary: $3,000.00 or open to evaluate, plus statutory benefits.

There will be a 3-month trial period from the start.
