Financial Advisor – Line of Business (LOB) Controller

A leading multinational organization in the logistics and supply chain sector is seeking a Financial Advisor – LOB Controller to join its regional finance team. This position plays a key role in ensuring sound financial operations, overseeing budgeting, reporting, and collections at the country level, and driving continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts in collaboration with operational and commercial teams.
• Manage monthly financial close and reporting, ensuring accuracy in P&L and balance sheet statements.
• Oversee financial health metrics and implement corrective measures to maintain profitability and efficiency.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and robust internal controls.
• Partner with Operations and Commercial leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• Lead the implementation of finance-related systems and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or related roles.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, business management, and financial reporting.
• Intermediate proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Advance English proficiency (written and spoken).
