About the role
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring our continued growth and success. We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in startup environments, particularly at the Series A stage, to oversee all financial operations and drive our financial health forward
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), encompassing both historical activities and future-oriented strategies, including the development of 5-year and 12-month FP&A models.
- Support pricing, cost management, and the creation of simplified business models for stakeholder engagement.
- Enhance investor relations through fundraising support, reporting, and due diligence, ensuring audit readiness.
- Oversee legal financial aspects, including corporate structure documentation, partnerships, service agreements, 409A valuations, and ESOP management.
- Manage operational finance tasks such as billing, payments, collections, payroll, and bank relations.
- Collaborate closely with tax advisors, banks, and ensure compliance with investor requirements.
- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform usage, financial metrics, and customer insights to drive decision-making.
- Develop and manage databases for KPI tracking across various company functions.
Requirements
- Proficient in Finance and Accounting Principles, with at least 3 years of proven experience in finance management, including experience in dealing with U.S. legal financial aspects, tax advising, and compliance management.
- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, investor relations, and operational finance.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- English Level - advanced B2-C1
