
Finance & Administration Manager

Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance leadership roles, with specific focus in accounting and production/manufacturing costs. (Finance Manager, Controller).
- Experience leading and managing the budgeting, forecasting process and inventory management.
- Experience leading teams of at least 7 employees. (7-8 positions will be reporting to this role)
- Experience working in an ERP environment. (GoodBooks ERP / Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry, apparel would be preferred.
- Experience working in Free-zone environment (Ideal but not required)
Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of local taxes framework.
- Knowledge of customs legislation (product import and export)
- Fluent in English. High conversational level is a must.

Other
- Occasional travel might be required outside of Nicaragua (1-2 trips per year)
- Flexibility in scheduling, with openness to occasional meetings beyond standard work hours to collaborate with teams in Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
- Full on-site role.
Reporting
- Reports directly to the Finance General Manager with a dotted line to the Plant General Manager.
