For a company that provides comprehensive digital asset technology and investment solutions for institutional clients. The core services range from smart contract technology and DeFi strategies to risk analysis, lending services, liquidity management, capital formation, and stablecoin adoption — all underpinned by rigorous security and risk protocols.

We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the team of six co-founders, who are based across various countries and time zones.

Key Responsabilities:

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones (US East & West Coast, UK).
• Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating high-level meetings and events with key clients (local and remote).
• Maintain clear and timely communication between founders and internal/external stakeholders.

Whay we are looking for:

• Fluent/Advanced English (spoken and written) — essential for international coordination.
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role.
• Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work across global time zones (especially US and UK).
• Comfortable with remote work and digital tools (calendar systems, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
