A leading multinational company specializing in industrial solutions and process technologies is seeking an Engineering Sales Manager to lead the commercialization of engineering projects and CAPEX solutions across Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business relationships with end users, engineering firms, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth throughout the LATAM region.
- Lead sales strategies for complex industrial and engineering projects.
- Manage commercial negotiations and oversee CAPEX project pipelines.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and professional events.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Proven experience in consultative technical sales and large-scale CAPEX projects.
- Strong hunter profile with a demonstrated track record in new business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Own vehicle.
- Valid passport and current U.S. visa.
- Availability to travel extensively across Latin America.
