About the role
We are looking for junior Customer Support Agents to join our Customer Success Team, who will be in charge of servicing Owners Call Center Channels (Phone & Text) for both, business owners as well as property owners.
Requirements
- 1+ years exp. Customer Support
- Dial/Call Count
- Performance Metrics.
- Understanding of business performance metrics.
- English B2 -
