Position Overview
A leading multinational company is seeking a highly analytical and customer-oriented professional to manage international order fulfillment processes and support regional supply chain operations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, commercial teams, planning, logistics, and finance, ensuring excellent service levels, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across multiple international markets.
The successful candidate will play a strategic role in demand planning, order management, customer service excellence, and cross-functional coordination while contributing to business performance through data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring timely and accurate order execution.
- Coordinate communication between customers, commercial teams, supply planning, logistics, and finance departments.
- Monitor order fulfillment, shipment tracking, inventory availability, and delivery performance.
- Collect, validate, and analyze customer demand forecasts and sales trends to support supply chain planning.
- Lead and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to customer service, forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and high service standards.
- Support new product introductions, product launches, and related cross-functional initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects across the supply chain.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and business presentations for regional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, supply chain operations, logistics, demand planning, international trade, or related areas.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
- Understanding of international logistics, import/export processes, and supply chain operations is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
