About the position

The customer service agent takes care of the company's clients needs and their cargo, moving in and out of the region throughout different geographies, terminals and vessels. This agent is part of a team of 6 members and also collaborates with colleagues located in Aarhus, Denmark as well as other departments across the Unifeeder Group.

Main functions

• Proactive customer service and booking management in day-to-day cargo execution
• Day-to-day contact with regional customers and customer visits
• Build good customer relations by keeping deadlines, securing best in class service delivery and keeping cost impact of decisions in sight.
• Be part of driving continuous improvement, in the department and across the business seeking constant improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade or other related fields
• 3 years of experience in customer service positions within the maritime industry or shipping companies
• Advanced English and Spanish level (both spoken and written)
• Drivers license (desirable)
