Credit Manager- Semi Senior (El Salvador, Remote)

Mission:

Responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating the loan application, approval and disbursement process for individual or corporate clients. 

Requirements:

University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.

Credit processing experience of 2 years to 5 years.

Knowledge in real estate lending

Experience leading teams.

Personnel management (Desirable)

Competencies: good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of financial regulations and a customer-centric approach.

Advanced English, Level C1 or C2 essential.

Responsibilities: 

Oversees the mortgage loan documentation and submission process. Is the main point of contact with the borrower, the mortgage loan manager and the underwriter of the mortgages (from inception to closing).

Ensure that all loan files and credit packages comply with company lending policies as well as state and federal lending regulations.

Responsible for processing loans in a diligent manner.

Gather information required to close loans.

Contacting the customer and being the intermediary between the customer and the credit analyst.

Hiring and leading team of loan processors in the future.

Follow up on disbursed loans to ensure payment deadlines are met and provide assistance in the event of financial difficulties on the part of clients.
