 📍 Location: Tortuguitas, GBA Norte.

Ⓘ REQUIREMENTS:

→ Advanced student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Fashion Management, or related fields.

→ Advanced or Bilingual English (mandatory requirement), both written and spoken.

→ Experience in similar roles (administration, commercial support, or retail). We value attitude over years of experience.

→ High initiative, problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented collaborative attitude.

→ Availability to travel internationally as required.

Ⓘ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

→ Coordinate the full sales cycle, preparing line sheets, packing lists, and all necessary export/commercial documentation.

→ Manage logistics for events, trade shows, and pop-ups in the USA, engaging in direct communication with international clients.

→ Assist Leadership with operational tasks, travel arrangements, and internal team alignment.

→ Prepare monthly reports and ensure 100% reliability of commercial data.

→ Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency.
