Technician Onsite Support

Servicio LATAM, Important Technology Company with presence in more than 11 countries providing IT support services, Help Desk, preventive maintenance Facilities, Network.

Requires on site support technician with more than 1 year of experience in ITIL, Help Desk, site support, networks, and backup systems. Knowledge of network switches, VLANS, network cabling and wiring diagrams/templates, firewall ports, and P2P communication. Must have advanced English

Tasks to do:

Run Windows 10 operating system updates on lab applications typically integrated with instrumentation.

Implement Windows-based security, including user/group permissions, file/folder permissions, group policies, local security policies, etc.

Assist with laboratory network infrastructure support.

Acts as IT technical support contact for OEM/supplier field service engineers, updating computerized systems.

Acts as a liaison for software/hardware related inquiries, interfacing between customer, business and corporate IT teams.

Acts as the local SME for the local installation and configuration of Empower LAC/e.
