Responsibilities
  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, and regular communication with candidates.
  • Establish recruiting and applicant requirements by understanding organizational objectives and job descriptions, meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Actively search for resumes on various recruitment channels to get sufficient and qualified CVs for recruitment requirements.
  • Screen CVs, conduct phone screening, and shortlist candidates for further process.
  • Coordinate with team leaders, directors, and colleagues in other sites to make interview appointments.
  • Build applicant sources and data by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  • Manage the posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels.
  • Draft employee offers, complete onboarding processes like adding personnel profile management software, and providing recruitment and HR reports as requested.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in recruitment as an in-house recruiter, headhunter, or within a recruitment agency; experience recruiting in ICT field is preferred.
  • Natural networker- loves contacting and meeting new people.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office tools.
  • Detail-focused and organized.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
